After The Decline and Fall of the Spectacle-Commodity Economy

Two Rooms, Auckland, 2007

An experimental “map” making project about the city of Watts in California. The processes involved in this project were based, in part, on Situationist practices, a text written by Guy Debord about the Watts riots, and my own experience of spending time in Watts to learn more about the neighbourhood as I prepared  to work as a volunteer art teacher in juvenile prison nearby.
